Replacement Eligibility

You may request a replacement if:

• You receive the wrong product.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

Replacement Process

After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement if your claim is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

As our products are handcrafted, slight variations in wood grain, natural texture, and color are part of the product's unique character and are not considered defects.

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect order placed by the customer
• Normal variations in natural wood
